These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Everline Transport Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) services to connect you (“you,” “your,” or “Customer”) with third-party transportation providers (“Carriers”).
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide administrative and coordination services to help you request and schedule shipments with licensed Carriers. We do not operate as a motor carrier or licensed freight broker. We do not take possession of goods or assume carrier liability.
2. Independent Carriers
Any transportation services arranged through our platform are performed by independent Carriers. You understand and agree that:
- The Carrier is solely responsible for transporting your shipment.
- The Carrier is solely liable for any loss, damage, or delay.
- You are entering into a separate agreement with the Carrier, subject to their terms and conditions
3. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate shipment details (weight, dimensions, contents).
- Ensure that no prohibited or restricted items are included.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Pay all fees due for coordination services.
4. Prohibited Items
You may not use our services to ship:
- Hazardous materials or chemicals
- Hazardous materials or chemicals
- Perishable food items
- Cash, precious metals, or high-value goods over $10,000
- Illegal goods or contraband
We reserve the right to reject any shipment request.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for coordination services is due at the time of booking. Payment for transportation services may be collected by us on behalf of the Carrier or may be settled directly between you and the Carrier, depending on the arrangement.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are available if you cancel before the Carrier has been scheduled. Once a Carrier has been engaged, all payments are final and non-refundable. If a shipment is canceled by the Carrier, you may be entitled to a refund or rescheduling at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
We provide administrative support only. We are not responsible for:
- Damage, loss, or delay of shipments
- Carrier performance or conduct
- Consequential or incidental damages
